Extremely poor customer service! Had a horrendous stay in November 2018. They charged twice for the room which they couldn’t explain how it had happened. We were charged over $2400 for 4 nights!!! Ruined our holiday. Had to make international phone calls at our expense trying to rectify and informed I’d have to wait until the holiday was over for the refund and then not even offered any form of compensation!! Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. And we travel A LOT!!! Don’t plan on sleeping! There will be screaming kids running the halls, banging doors and what sounds like throwing furniture at all hours of the night (for 2 out of 2 nights)!! Don’t bother calling the front desk either because they won’t do anything about it (for 2 out of 2 nights)!! Rooms are outdated and we found bugs. Breakfast is a joke and is cold. This is honestly the worse hotel I have ever been to. First we get there and the hotel does not have any type of AC on so you are sweating when you are checking in, then I get into our room and they have the AC off so our room was sitting at around 86. The room, which we upgraded to the suite, smelled like mildew and pee so bad it mad your head hurt and sick to your stomach. Decent hotel, clean rooms, hearty buffet breakfast, accommodating staff. We loved the close proximity to the park! The down side was the thin walls and ceilings. Our room was next to an exterior door.....very loud, woke us up several times through the night (I’m not a light sleeper). Also this same door did not close all the way on its own, leaving the door unsecured often.
They upgraded our room without telling us. The problem is, we lost the kitchen. We needed the kitchen. Now our 3rd bed is a pull out couch where you can feel all of the springs. :( I ordered a portable bed, and you can feel the springs on that too.
Ok for short stay except having limited parking space. Only 1 carpass per room, and no option to pay extra for at least an extra carpass. Got a 2-bed studio suite. No food place other than the bar downstairs. Lobby is relatively clean but doesn't smell fresh... not foul but not very appealing.
The rooms are small and dark. Breakfast was nothing special. Rude staff at the counter was the most memorable thing about the hotel.
