This facility has improved since my parents moved in a year ago but the food is sadly lacking. It’s very difficult to watch your elderly parents that are already far below a healthy weight be subjected to having to eat food that you or I wouldn’t touch. The “chicken & dumplings “ that was served yesterday looked like minced cat food. There’s no reason for this when they’re paying so much to live here. Please improve the food quality and maybe add a diabetic (heart healthy, etc) diet? Diabetics don’t need dessert or juice... read more

Convenient location; beautiful facility; kind, compassionate staff; quiet; secure. I spent time with my family member here and visited a week plus. The staff were consistently efficient, professional, kind and supportive. The room was clean and a nice window view to see the trees, sky and birds. The building and grounds are in good repair and it felt like a home. Thank you Commonwealth Senior Living for the great care to my family.

Visited my sister in Memory Care unit. Her room reeked of urine. Aide who took her to bathroom left a dirty wipe on the floor. She left used gloves on the sink and package of wipes open on sink. My sister’s clothes were dirty as were her socks. I have visited her many times. This was one of the worst experiences. More attention to cleanliness needs to be addressed..

We could not have been happier when we walked into the doors of Commonwealth. Sara Woodard has been more than helpful from the second we contacted the facility. It was welcoming, clean and felt like home right away. All of the staff seemed to all be on the same page and not only a team but a family to their fellow employees and to the residents. The people are friendly and kind. The bldg is always nice snd clean. A very nice place to live out your senior years.
