We brought mom here from another assisted living facility in order for her to receive better care and more attention. She does get that here. This facility is probably medium size and the care feels personal. She now knows the staff and they her. She gets the care she needs and deserves. I have come to know the staff and appreciate all that they do for mom. I know I could not give her this care at home. Appreciate this place and staff so much.

You know Mr. Geoff Cannon, Facilities Manager, loves his job. It really shows in his work activity. You share a concern with him and show up fifteen minutes later and he has gotten the task completed. Mr. Cannon even greets you with a smile and asks what he can do to help you today. Think of how many organizations, like my own would like to steal him away.
A couple of sincere 'shout-outs' to the staff: Geoff Cannon/Maintenance Director - His conscientious care and quick responses were consistent and without exception. He takes time to get to know the residents calling them by name and that doesn't go unnoticed by those living there. Sheena /Caregiver - She has been a constant advocate for my aunt and frankly a safe harbor to ensure she received the right kind of care. Geoff Cannon is Commonwealth Senior Living’s Facility Manager. If you need something, can’t find something, or need something fixed Geoff seems to be available. I don’t think I’ve ever heard him say no to anyone. I love going down the hall and he’s laughing and talking to the residents. He just about knows everyone’s name. CSL should be proud to have Geoff on staff. Next time you see him thank him for all he does.
