I understand that elder care is a challenging issue from both a business and human condition perspective. Gloucester House was really on point when we moved our in-laws in. Staffing changes and challenges have dulled our enthusiasm. There are still good people working there who actually care but there are others there (doctors and nursing staff specifically) who either don't care or are too overwhelmed to have the time to care.
The experience has been very good and my loved one is happy here. My aunt is in memory care. They do a very good job. They care & are very professional. [name removed] is wonderful. She has made this transition for me a lot easier than I had expected. I would give her a 10!!

We wish that we'd gotten mom here sooner. It was a wonderful experience and so much better for her than her previous facility was. Everyone was always friendly here. The nurses were great about checking on mom. They were always interactive and smiling. My siblings and I were really really pleased with the care that mom got here. Not only has the friendliness of the staff members impressed us, but even on the tour the residents were coming up to us, and was telling us how well they are being taken care of and just how much they enjoy it here. That was very impressive.

I moved my husband to Gloucester House at the beginning of the year and after an adjustment for both of us, I couldn't be happier. They call me and keep me updated on changes, they recommend extra care needed and always run it by me first. They show love and care, laugh with him, and let me talk to him while I can't see him.
This community has an entire schedule that shows all the activities they offer for that week, and before COVID they would take the residents out to eat at different restaurants. The rooms they have there are very clean, nice and roomy. The food is great, and the chef is great.
Very happy with the covid response. The staff has maintained an infection free environment. Thank you for the diligent effort to keep the residents safe.
All employees are very friendly and accomodating.
