Beautiful facility! Only drawback was the small refrigerator and, small living area. Absolutely beautiful facility and had the living area been larger with a full size refrigerator and more kitchen cabinet space, could have been a definite.

The rating should be zero. The memory care facility should be condemned. It was horrible, worse staff ever and they couldn't care less. I wish I never brought my mother there.

If your loved one falls or has reoccurring UTI's do not send them here. The staff in blue are very caring but are understaffed and there is a high turnover. Some of the directors don't follow through and seem to just be there for a paycheck, not for the care of your loved one.

My mom is level 2 dementia and we had a mishappening, I rang the bell several times for help and after 25 minutes I went in search of a nurse after I found one it took another 10 minutes for them to come to her room. If this had been something more serious I can't even imagine what would have happened to my mother
There are some aides here that has attitudes and act like they don't want to do there job like it's an inconvenience to them not very nice at all if they don't want to do there job then why be on health care
They could not even do simple things like ensure that residents have their teeth in their mouth, their hearing aids on and their glasses each day. Residents live a very undignified existence there. Fortunately, my mother had family that would come in and help.
I picked this community because it was close to home. What a mistake!They should lose their license to operate.
