While our loved one was there it was just called Cedar Manor, but the care services were excellent. They took such great care of her, and the place is clean, safe and staff is amazing. The meals were good, from what we did see and taste it was good and we do think the value was comprable to anywhere else.
The community was very nice and the people were great too. The residents were out and they were doing things. The area was clean and there was no smells to anything. It just was not the right fit for my parents.
Clean, well maintained, professional staff. Like the option of seperate living and bedroom. Nice sized activity rooms.
When I first walked up to this community it was beautiful and very appealing to the eye. The rest of the community is light and spacious. They have a beautiful pond and trees everywhere for the residents to be able to go outside and enjoy the fresh air. They also have nice gazebo's. I would recommend them.
We are very happy with the care our mother gets at cedar manor.the facility is very clean and she is very clean as well. They are very attentive to her and keep us well informed. We are very satisfied with all of the administrators, nurses and care givers. We would highly recommend this facility to a family having to make the tough decision to find care for their loved one like we had to.
Staff was nice and friendly. Location is great, and facility is clean with traditional decor. Room does have a nice size closet. Dining area is pretty basic, and menu always seemed to include not very healthy but cheap options, such as hotdogs and grilled cheese. Activities within the facility are very basic, and would have been nice to see more outside vendors coming in to provide a more varied calendar for residents. I felt that my parent was safe and relatively happy here.
She left because she was not getting the care she needed here. Actually, it was getting to be time where she needed to be moved to the memory care unit. They were friendly though, there was not as many activities and they were left on their own a lot more
