Horrible non ada compliant. VERY BAD ELEVATOR. PINCHED SEVERAL PEOPLE IN THE GATE THAT SLAMS CLOSED. SO OLD 1800'S. THE WORST HOTEL DID NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING WE ASKED.

pretty disappointed-not in the rooms/hotel, but in the reservation process and care for BW members. I am a Platinum BW member AND a return guest at this hotel. We love staying here(obviously return customers). This afternoon, I tried to make reservations through BW site but it showed restrictions for those nights-mind you, I am trying to book for October. So I called the hotel directly, the gentleman looked up those dates to see what restrictions were and found they they had no rooms available. Okay, disappointing. Then d... read more

Thank You! Kendall for your generosity and warm hospitality at the Sonoma Valley Inn & Krug Event Center. I enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing weekend getaway at your destination property. The hotel accommodations are cozy and warm with the fireplace and well appointed amenities, including pool, hot tub, and fire pit (s'mores).
