If only we were all in this together as you say. These people suck as the other person who posted on 3/20 mentioned, we had a reservation for this coming Thursday for a wedding and everyone else refunded our money (airline, car rental, tux rental, etc), but these miserable people will not. Don't stay here as they obviously only care about money and you will simply be treated as money and not people. All in this together, what an absolute joke...
TERRIBLE business, we had a reservation for spring break before the Covid 19 crisis hit, everything closed and EVERYONE refunded our money no questions asked, except for this hotel!!!! Horrible business people taking advantage of a situation and not helping their customers in times of financial crisis. Makes me sick! Do you really want to do business with people like this??
What a rip off The prices are F'ing ridiculous. Cant go home to see family as i cant afford a room in my home town.

Happy to hear what they are doing for the people of Sonoma County but SO disappointed how they treat future guests. Be aware if you book through Expedia and pick the option to “pay later” they will still charge you for one night stay without your knowledge and blame Expedia. I hope we can still make our 10 year anniversary trip to Sonoma but will be giving our business elsewhere.
