Too complicated checking in. It took at lease 2 hrs to check in. The hotel system about lobby level 1 and all car must drop off guests at level 1 and have to wait for the hotel’s car to get all guests up to the main lobby. We were too tired to go out that night. We can’t enjoy. The price is too high! We paid almost $200/night for what we can get. The hotel has no mini mart or convenient store. If we want to get something, need to go to the nearest beach that 20 mins away only by hotel shuttle bus. It’s too far to walk to eve... read more

Except of the front desk staff for check in, a lot of the staff have no smile and you feel you are not welcomed.

The room was ok but the service here is very terrible, the front desk always made a mistake. They put the wrong schedule for my bus transfer to the airport. Also, while I’m checking there are many people jump the queue to talk with the front desk and they put me to wait they should have act as first come first serve, I’ve been waiting until 3.30 p.m. to get my room done since I arrived hotel at 2.00 p.m. I strongly recommended the hotel to train service level to their staffs especially front desk if you want to keep your h... read more

Nice room, view & friendly staff but ...... 1. It took 1 hr to complete check-in ! 2. @Breakfast: 30 min queue to get an egg ... 3. Poor management and communication.

*We are very upset with this hotel! The normal check-in time is 2pm. But we just got the room at 3.45pm. The women who talked to me on the phone was impolite and front desk do nothing!! Only said.... 'Please wait!!!" How they called five stars? Do they service mind to Thai people or They don't!!? Note: Our booking on 29mar18 for Deluxe ocean view (paid 5,xxx baht) and 30mar18 for Suite Ocean view + private pool (paid 8,xxx baht). We won't back again!!!

To qualify as a 5 star resort the food has to be right up there .. unfortunately the Thai food that was served was "pathetic", the worst that I have tried in Thailand .. please kindly get a proper Thai chef who can do a proper green curry .. the green curry was really awful ! .. staff generally still not attentive compared to other 5 star hotels in Thailand

The views from the room and the main deck are just fantastic. The room comes with a huge bathroom, a huge 2-person bathtub, shower cubicle and twin wash basins. The private pool (and jacuzzi) to each room was also a treat. The compound and the common areas are also still in tip-top shape, having just been officially opened last Oct. เช็คอินช้า พนักงานมีแค่คนเดียวแล้วเจอทัวร์มาพอดีดูวุ่นวายมาก เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับยังไม่เรียบร้อยปิดปรับปรุง แอร์เสียงดังมากทำให้นอนไม่หลับ หลับไม่สนิท อาหารเช้าดูธรรมดามากไม่สมกับที่เป็น5ดาว ฟิตเนสเปิดช้าตั้ง 8โมงเช้า ควรจะเปิด6โมงหรือ7โมงซึ่งจะเหมาะกับการออกกำลังกายในตอนเช้า สระว่ายน้ำมีคนติงมาคือไม่มีสระเด็ก ส่วนที่ชอบคือวิวสวย ห้องสวย พนักงานบริการดีครับ
