no parking cant park near my room and they put us as far back as they could. I do not recommend. If I could get a refund I would.

Thank you for staying with us. Our large parking lot is directly in front of the property. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. The staff tries to place guests in the area that they request, which does depend on availability and the room type you selected. We hope to have you stay with us again in Columbia.
I highly recommend NOT using this hotel. Horrible customer service & follow thru in the event that you have to make a change or cancellation. Their employee made an error & they will not fix the problem. They will comp you for their location only...not helpful when you have no need to go to this location ever again bc there was a one-time event you were traveling there for. They will not issue a refund. What good is a room comp to a hotel in a city that I do not need to go to?!?! But I have to pay a fee bc THEY made an error... read more

We do have cancellation policies in place that can also vary with MU football weekends as those are almost always sold out and booked well in advance. We also encourage all guests to book directly with us as third party vendors have different policies for refunds as well. Our team hopes to be of service in the future.
My family members received terrible customer service here when they simply asked for extra pillows.
I booked my room through Expedia and was VERY MUCH MISINFORMED!!! I was told I could pay cash and couldn't. I arrived early and was told I couldn't check in before 3:00p.m or I would have to pay for a WHOLE HALF DAY!! Pool and hot tub was EXCELLENT but the mold on the bathroom ceiling and the roach inside the pictures in the bathroom..not so much. When I informed the front desk clerk, she gave me a weird look and said. "I'll tell maintenance.".....not "what can I do to make it right." Will I ever go back??? Not if you paid ... read more
The front desk clerk, Jennifer Williams, was rude and unaccommodating to say the very least. I let her know, tactfully, that I would be letting my opinion be known through reviews. She moved us from our handicapped room that was requested to a standard room on the first floor, which was fine because it was the stairs we had issue with anyway not room size.
