I cannot praise the management and staff of the Statler enough. Their care and attention is beyond exceptional! My mother had a medical emergency shortly after checking in and the staff coordinated fabulously to help ems and anticipate our needs. They have earned my utmost praise and loyalty.
The Hotel pretty much run by a lots of Cornell student in Hotel management major and they work really hard to get the job done. Very nice Hotel but reservation could take up to few months in advance if you want to come on busy week
It was great! Love the hallway decor.... nice room and terrific bathroom and water pressure!

Beautiful views, great service, very comfortable bed, delicious dinner at the Taverna Banfi.
