First I want to say that I travel extensively and have never had a nightmare experience like The Landon Hotel which I found on Expedia. It seemed to have reviews that were descent. So this is my experience. I take an UBER to the hotel. No one is in the front as far as making sure guest are arriving with luggage until you literally enter inside. But the worst part is the 1st day I get there, they get this "bellhop kid' to take me upstairs with all my luggage and there is no elevator. The bell hop takes me through the back sta... read more
Rented the room with the understanding there was a sleeper sofa for our daughter. There was not, ask about a stow away and was told there was a 35.00 charge. Ice machine was kept behind locked doors and had to get employee to come get ice bucket to fill up. Breakfast was a bare minimum.

I am sorry you were under the impression we had sleeper sofas in our guest rooms. We have 46 king bedded rooms at The Landon and none of our website or other partners that sell our hotel rooms show that we have this option. We do charge a fee for a roll away bed which is $30.00. We have two ice machines in the hotel, one is located on the first floor near room 105B which is open to for all guests to use. I loved the Customer service it was great. I did not like the breakfast but everything else was nice. The walls were thin. We could hear people in there rooms. They need more parking. The hotel was very clean and cozy....
Bugs in room. Waited 2 hrs for room...customer service terrible
