My girls wanted to use the ATM. Cupcakes were very dry. I have had better elsewhere at half the price. Not on my list to go back.
Despite the fact that I have yet to have a good experience inside Sprinkles, I let my kids try the cupcake ATM the other day as a special treat. One cupcake was good (the pumpkin spice) but my other child's cupcake was dry and stale and had a very long hair inside of it (vanilla milk chocolate). I want to like this place but it consistently disappoints.
Had the sprinkle cupcake; very dense, cake & icing had weird taste. did not taste like buttercream. Service was friendly.
Horrible Customer Service over a birthday cupcake.
