I love sprinkles cupcakes and was so excited to visit this location, but their employees were so unmotivated, unhappy, and rude. Definatly wouldn't come back to this Sprinkles location. I rather drive to The Grove or Newport Beach.
Found a long plastic string inside my cupcake
I work by sprinkles and I stopped by today during my lunch. I ordered four cupcakes: black velvet, banana, red velvet, and strawberry. I didn't realize until I got home that the person who helped didn't give me a black velvet cupcake, She gave me a vanilla chocolate cupcake. How do you confuse those two cup cakes? So frustrated and annoyed. It would be nice if their staff could get your order right the first time.
