My mother can’t shop at the mall anymore because you refuse to carry scooters for handicapped people. She can’t walk very far and can’t get around in a wheelchair because of her asthma. Don’t you want handicapped people to shop too???
I have twin sons age 3 and I went to customer service to get them a cart and the lady would not give me one because they were slightly taller then the Dino's tail.. So I asked where are the shopping carts and another disappointment there are none available in the building.. As I was walking away I seen another mom approach customer service with her kids same Height as my twins and there was no turning them away without one or even measuring them.. I hope the lady at guest services in brandon mall one day has to struggle carrying a diaper bag, a 7month old baby, two bags of returns, and hold on tight to a busy toddler's hands while trying to navigate through a mall, all because she's denied a stroller because her child is to old/tall! (He's just barely 3 years old, 31 lbs!) I also hope whoever stole my sons brand new tractor from the play area there is enjoying it. Rough day at shoppers mall!!!
