Having visited many times over the years, we checked in Tuesday 9/1 for a two day stay, Ocean view room. Immediately upon arrival, the grounds were overgrown and unkept. The lobby was dark with a very unfriendly man at the desk behind a dirty plastic shield. He begrudgingly gave us our room and walked away. The room was old cape gross. The customer service was horrible, everyone was very rude. Place was dirty. Sheets had brown spot, hair, and sand on them. One of the mattresses had a large brown stain. Issues were brought up to staff, and ignored. Would not recommend and will never go back!!

The staff are very nice, and the complimentary breakfast is great. The Inn is old & its showing signs of wear & tear; it definitely needs lots of work. Please note the room was dirty; dead bugs, old food & spider webs behind bed & nightstand is totally disgusting. The pillows were so uncomfortable & who knows when the bedspreads were last laundered. I don't think I'll stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful setting for seeing the tip of the Cape! Our room was great with a magnificent view from the balcony. Unfortunately, I believe the bathroom was a afterthought? And the fact that small children are allowed to run the place like it's their living room is disturbing, no pun intended. See you next season!

The hotel is pretty old and you can see that being in the rooms. Bathroom is old and room has bit of musty smell. With that said the beds were comfy and the scenary is beautiful and looks out onto harbor. The groumds are beautiful with areas for kids to play. Outdoor pool only....not heated. Has private beach and 15 minute walk to Provincetown center. Has great breakfast. The Wi-Fi needs a serious boost because the signal was terrible whole time and cut out often.
