My stay was horrible. The room was disgusting with stained carpet and a heavy odor of mold and mildew. We complained at the desk and they sent a nice gentleman with a spray bottle of deodorizer. He also noticed the nasty odor. The air conditioner also had an awful odor blowing out of it. At checkout I complained again. I will never stay there again. I almost slept in my car because of the smell which gave me a headache and aggravated my husband’s asthma. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a room in August and their bar and restaurant were closed so at full price with no amenities I was robbed at 514 for a night. No apologies from them just a rip off. This was never the way before the new owners. I will never stay again. The room was dirty and 1 towel after they made me wait to get in at 730pm. Horrible!!
No phone, no microwave, no clock, no WiFi I will never stay here again. Rugs in the hallways are dirty, bathrooms are dirty, tub mat was stained and Dirty looking. The only thing that saved this place was the ocean view and they have no control over that. Too bad because if they cared, they would update and make it a great place

Progressively deteriorating year by year....managment has deaf ears and an excuse for everything! Location is the only reason why this place still exists. Convenience to Clark’s Beach is its last asset. Thank you Robert for taking the time to write your concerns, we take reviews very seriously and appreciate the guest prospective so we can see where there may be room for improvement. State Covid regulations have prevented some of our regular amenities this season such has the self serve coffee station and the ability for rooms to be serviced during guest stays.
