RecommendedWe booked the Salsa, Salsa and More Salsa excursion and it took place last Saturday. We had a great experience. The food at the buffet was flavorful and abundant, great ceviche, pork, chicken etc. The cooking class was a blast. Our Chef Moises and Omar, our dance teacher, were a trip, our bartender kept refilling our delicious Margaritas and our Tequila shots. RecommendedWe booked the cooking class excursion from our cruise ship. It was a fun experience. The food was delicious and it was an all around great time! I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking or just wants to experience authentic Mexican food!
RecommendedMy friend Karyl and I cruised to Cozumel and took a taxi to Playa Mia. We bought the $60 day pass with gave us unlimited food and drinks. It was AWESOME! Carlos took great care of us and I will go back if I ever go back to Cozumel. I highly recommend taking a taxi to and from instead of using their transportation. Less wasted time. Drinks were great and the beer was cold!
RecommendedWe had a good time at Playa Mia. The people were very nice and so were the facilities. The buffet was okay. I would have preferred more authentic Mexican food. Also all the upsells were a little irritating with vendors walking around all day trying to sell you massages and hair braiding. RecommendedWe went to Playa Mia for the Mexican cuisine cooking demo. We had a blast and it was such a great value!!! The excursion included a cooking lesson, 3 course meal, open bar, beach time with access to water sports and inflatable slide, beach umbrella, pool access, and an air conditioned motorcoach ride. They had water bikes, kayaks, paddle boats, beach chairs and umbrellas, bars, buffet, kids water slides, bigger kid water slides, beach, but the best part?.... the inflatable water playground!
