RecommendedBooked a different hotel that was 20 minutes away and it was horrid!! Pier House got us a nice room same day and it was heavenly!! Staff was wonderful, polite, professional and always available. First time in Key West, but will definitely book this place again;) stay was March 18th-25th.
RecommendedPretty nice hotel, beautiful grounds, good, but expensive restaurant. Decent little beach, but tiny, and I mean tiny...They have their own shuttle service. Overall a thumbs up..

RecommendedWe spent our honeymoon here, March 2015. Yes it was pricey,but considering the location..and how beautiful and secluded the place was, it was perfect. We had the time of our lives there. The pool was great, we loved the hot tub!! The staff was great, the place was clean and tidy every day! It was the best location, right by the water, within short walking distance from Mallory Square......it was awesome. I hope one day in the future, we can stay there again..if we have the money. It's worth it! Best vacation ever!!
