Jeg ved at Key er dyrt, men når man vælger et af de dyreste hoteller må man også forvente lidt mere, men nej et værelse ud til en parkeringsplads og med en uidoleret dør ud til en rungende gang, hvor der larmes som på en større banegård så er det ikke ok.

The worst experience and rude service. From time of booking to the time I got to the lobby and canceled my reservation it was not good! So glad I went down the street to another hotel that rolled the red carpet out for us. Asked the manager to personally call me and crickets! Don’t waste your money!

We stayed here our honeymoon. Spending over $500 a night I expected it to be an amazing hotel but we were both very disappointed. To start off when we checked in there was a large party checking in before us. They got a run down of all the amenities and services and got a nice detail of the layout of the resort. Worst case, very unfriendly staff at checkin, told me my reservation was cancelled via booking.No solition on site, told me i need to call booking what i never did before as i book app. 50 hotel per year via booking. I booked online hyatt centric which is nearby where i always stay during my vacation in key west, arrived and 10 min later i was at the pool. Pierhouse never again, i also will tell my german partners never to book at that place!

A little high priced for what it is and we did not get the ocean view room that we booked. When my husband asked about the issue he was told that we could upgrade for $140 per person per night, laughable! Not happy that we have to share a ground floor balcony area with another room. We will not be back

I booked our stay 5 months in advance, when I booked I specifically got a room with a water view based on the pictures from the website. Once booked I called to tell them our flight would be in around noon and wanted the room to be ready for us, I was told this wouldn't be a problem. A month before our trip I called and reconfirmed the room to be ready early, was again told no problem. The hotel itself it's very pretty and the private beach is lovely however we had the worst nights sleep we had all holiday when staying here. The air conditioning in the room sounded like an airplane was about to take off (no exaggeration) and it was very dark. Not inviting at all. It really wasn't worth the money and feel it's very overpriced. The upgrades to the seaview rooms are even more pricey. A little smile at the check in desk would have been nice too.

Very nice place, great people who work there, very friendly and professional. BUT who ever did the layout for the room I was in, should try to sleep with the AC on. can't do it. The AC unit is right across from the head of the bed, I had to hang a bathroom towel over the lamp on the night stand so the AC would not blow right in my face. Bad set up
