We LOVED our stay here!! The rooms were a good size and the beds were really comfortable. ALL the staff were so friendly and helpful, from concierge to housekeeping to restaurant and bar staff (Especially Elias, Rosaura and Ivan stood out). We felt truly and genuinely cared for every single day. We also really enjoyed the food here. We have stayed at other all-inclusive hotels and been disappointed, but the food at Margaritaville seemed really fresh and well prepared. Buena ubicación, en realidad no es todo incluido publicidad engañosa hay platos con costo adicional y eso no te lo dicen, no tienen el cuidado de rellenar la nevera ni con el agua. No hay bebidas de frutas naturales solo pulpas.

En nuestro contrato todo incluido, que el cliente firma al ingresar tenemos especificado el recargo de 1.800 colones en algunos de nuestros platos, así como que el mini bar no está incluido, lamentamos mucho que no recibiera la información de manera adecuada y nos disculpamos por el inconveniente durante su estadía. Esperamos poder servirle de nuevo en un futuro cercano.

Small resort. Food is made fresh and is quite good. Lots of friendly employees doing everything to make your stay enjoyable. All inclusive is good enough. Beach is awesome.

it was a wonderful experience, a small efficiently run resort, the food was excellent, the staff were most friendly, the pool and beach were very well kept ,I can honestly recommend this little piece of heaven
