We planned our trip a year in advanced and researched websites for a fun family vacation. I want to be upfront and honest with people doing the same trip. This campsite/resort is nothing what the website says. The hot tub, walk up bar, pavilion, and theater were not open at all. There was no laser tag, foam party, arcade, or wagon rides. The amenities they did have mini golf, and Gaga ball were not open due to lack of staffing till 10:30 am. Water feature couldnt be turned on till 11 due to it being to noisy. (So the 7:30 am... read more

We liked the amenities for the kids but our site was on the end and wasn’t long enough to keep our truck connected. For an overnight turned into more work than we expected, also tight to get in and out and our site was flooded.

We stayed in a cabin going to the Black Hills, and stayed at a second cabin on the way home. Neither one of the cabins were clean. One of the cabins had food crumbs all over the futon, broken and filthy mini blinds, crumbs on the table, dried food in the sink, and the floors were not swept. I do not think that they got this way since opening for the season. The rest of the park was fine. I do think that cabins should be cleaned good like a motel room, especially since they are charging a huge price for them.

I’ve never had a problem with them til now. My problem isn’t so much with yogi bear, except that they allowed a group of 10-12 teenagers camp there in one camp site. The kids kept us up til 530am drinking, doing drugs, fighting, crying, swearing etc. it was awful. I purposely picked that place because I didn’t want my kid exposed to all that. I complained to management and I know there’s only so much they can do. But I’m seriously upset. I don’t complain often. But we wanted a little relaxing kid friendly getaway and that’s ... read more

My family and I were there last weekend and were disappointed in the site condition and lack of staff. I commented in the survey and asked the staff to contact me to review our experiences. No one has contacted me to talk about our weekend. maybe they just don't care. Sad. Pool too small and over crowned. Site was too small. Lawn was unmowed. Fire pit had garbage in and around. No security. Just to list a few disappointments...

We spent 2 weekdays here and it was fun. But the employees didn't seem to love there jobs. At least the men didn't. The gal sitting in the tiki hut was not very friendly at all. The pool area was nice though! We ordered the $15 birthday package where Yogi was to bring my daughter balloons and a card at 10am. Here got to our camper 25 minutes early and I was in the shower so I didn't even get to see my daughter's surprised faced! Plus we had bought her a few things from the gift shop (which by the way is EXTREMELY overprice... read more

Great for family, unfortunately was very wet when we were there, especially where the pets had to be walked.

It has been a while since we've been here- we had our grand child's birthday here and things have changed. We were visitors and did not camp. My biggest complaint is the $5 per person observation fee for the pool area. What grand parent doesn't want to watch their grand children playing? I felt the purchase of the other wristbands would be enough. The other thing is the closeness of the tenting spots. We're trying to eat, and the people next to us had a problem lighting their fire - we could barely see each other with the sm... read more
