RecommendedPerfect. Incredible service, they went out of their way to make us happy.The manager made us shrimp cocktails when the kitchen was closed, and bought us a drink. Got us a car to take us to the concert and the Jazz Fest and pick us up.

RecommendedI stayed here with my family on Christmas Eve so I could visit with a family member in Cleveland Clinic. On a day where I expect the staff to be unhappy about working, the service went beyond my expectations. Everyone, including the wait staff at breakfast, were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.
