The hotel was lovely! I had the best eggs Benedict in the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the convenience to the Crile center was wonderful. I wish my pillow had been softer, but that is the only thing I could possibly complain about, and that is just a personal preference.
To many add on services. $28 a day for valet parking. $10 for self parking if you leave the hotel additional $10 per each return visits. Food service over priced. The rooms to small.
Disappointed- the girl at the front desk could barely speak English. We asked for non-down pillows, front desk promised to bring them up. Called twice, no pillows so I had to sleep with a towel for a pillow. Other than that everything was fine.
Horrible checking in and checking out.. They charged my account even after they knew I had a reservation. I was told it would take 2-3 business days and my account still hasn't been credited. I will not stay here again EVER. Not even worth a star.
