Dear West Inn and Suites: On Monday - July 29th of 2024 - between 7am and 9am approximately - I ended up taking a COLD shower at your hotel - because I had NO hot water. Since when did it become acceptable to tell a customer their cancellation would be completed and not charged and then the revenue manager states the representative had no authority to do this, charge the card and NEVER contact the customer? Pretty harsh to find out your account was charged when your grocery store transaction was declined. What happened to customer service???
