Bed bugs!! Manager Brad was zero help! I stayed at hotel providence on March 3 2025. This experience was my much different than the positive experiences I’ve become used to in the past with Wyndham properties . I pull up , the valet didn’t move from his lean on the valet desk fine. When he saw I was staying at the hotel offered zero help carrying bags from car to lobby ( also fine but weird) still tipped him $20.
