For the price, this hotel is amazing - a true little diamond in the rough. The location cannot be beat. The interior is a really cute retro mixture of the 1930s-60s I think. I received a last-minute upgrade which included a wonderful outdoor terrace. The park-and-stay option was a must for me, and the valet for my car was perfect. The entire staff, from reception to parking to security to concierge were all FABULOUS and easy to work with. We couldn't get the wifi to work, but we didn't really need it. This is our third time at The Edison. Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria and The Sherington but neither compare to the great atmosphere and friendliness of The Edison. Great hotel, great atmosphere ran by great people. Back again soon I hope.

The staff is all wonderful. Elevators were all working. Price is great for the location. Location is great. Close to everything. The only thing that I was upset about was check in Is at 3pm and our room was not ready at 4pm and our view was a brick wall but really are you gonna be in your room a lot with everything there is to see and do in Time Square. I would most definitely come back.
