RecommendedThis is a nice hotel with a good staff and a great location. The rooms are quite small, little storage room, but nicely appointed. The hotel isn’t cheap but what place in NYC is cheap or spacious. Short walk to Central Park and close to the subway. Will stay here again of the need arises but hope to get a better rate than last time which was over $400/night.

This hotel was Adorable! It was quaint and charming. The rooms were nice and clean. We arrived early, checked in. Our rooms weren't ready, but they were willing to keep our luggage so we could explore. Everyone was friendly. I loved its old charm!

RecommendedBig shout out to the entire hotel staff. I stayed with you for two weeks in February and was shown every kindness. Any problem I had with my room was addressed as soon as possible.The weather even cooperated! Special thanks to Orlando at the reception and Justina in housekeeping. Staff and clientele were from all over the world. Some school groups as well. International vibe. It is one of the buildings in New York designed by Emery Roth over 100 years ago. RecommendedWe had an excellent stay at the Belleclaire. The location is amazing, two blocks from Natural History Museum, two blocks from the subway and only a few stops away from Times Square. We got a giant room, full view of the city. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, albeit the sounds coming from the street. There was complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby and the staff was really helpful and kind. We also took the car service to JFK the hotel offers, and they were very professional. We will come back.
