RecommendedWhat a great, clean and friendly hotel! Staff was kind and helpful, the location is ideal for walking around town and visiting local attractions and restaurants. We bought the Thomasland package and my son loved his welcome gifts, the indoor pool and chocolate chip pancakes at the bistro. Would definitely visit again.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I stay in hotels M-F for work, all over the country and I promise this is the best. Soft bed, clean room, perfect working AC, I was on the lower floor near the indoor salt pool and it was quiet.

My Husband & I can't Thank EVERYONE enough for the hospitality shown to us,our family & friends during our stay at the hotel! From the front desk staff to the Maintenance gentleman I continued to call to unlock the ballroom! Lol he was very patient with me! We can't thank the team at Hotel 1620 enough for an amazing wedding weekend. From the start of all of our planning, Mary Beth was fantastic to work with. We had a number of special additions to the big day and working with her and Patty for the wedding reception and room blocks for our wedding over a holiday weekend was so easy and stress-free. Stayed overnight for a wedding. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Rooms were a little in need of updating. Bathroom had nicks in mirror and very strange being in the basement below lobby. Could also hear everything through the walls. Location was great and again staff was great.
Beautiful establishment and top-notch staff! They were so friendly, helpful and down-to-earth. It felt like home!
