This is probably the worst place I have ever been to. We checked out after 1 night and regret even staying for that. Dirty place, rude staff and a lot of false advertising. I noticed all the reviews on their website are all favorable with the same review being posted several times, giving the illusion of a high score. Smoke and mirrors for sure. Least helpful hotel ever. Needed to cancel hotel stay 3 weeks ahead of time but they sneakily charge 50%. Even though it’s Memorial Day and they will definitely rebook. This is the worst hotel/ hotel staff I’ve ever dealt with. 1 Star!

I just wanted to acknowledge Shawn (sorry if I spelled incorrectly there are many ways to spell your name) the General Manager of the hotel. I had an issue which he took the time and the courtesy to hear me out and he rectified it.
