It starts and ends with amazing service. Incredible staff, professionals who are trained well. All requests no matter how complicated they figured out a win solution for us. Nothing was acceptable by them until we were completely satisfied. Thank you Annie for managing all our needs - you are a great concierge and worth your weight in gold. The Grand Velas was an absolute DREAM. The customer service was outstanding, the resort itself was so beautiful and upscale. We had the best bartender/server, José, who took care of us the whole time (all 40 of us)! Can’t wait to coming back next year!
