Hola !!! El hotel precioso como siempre, instalaciones, restaurantes y habitaciones, el servicio de playa y piscina es nefasto, pésimo!!! Hemos visitado el hotel en varias ocasiones y siempre es igual el servicio de estas áreas, por este motivo no regresaremos !!! Espero les sirva la retro, ya que la ultima visita realizamos la misma queja con la gerente y ni siquiera nos prestó atención!! Gracias !!
We love this resort. We’ve been twice now. It’s perfect for all ages. Water sports are fantastic. Super safe and lots of staff helping. Service is incredible and variety of food is fantastic. There’s something for everyone.
Unbelievable world class customer service. Swim in elegance the entire time you are there. World renowned spa, gorgeous beaches and amazing dining. If you want to feel like a king I recommend stay here
