Pet friendly! They even gave my dog a water bowl and treats!!! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Did not have time to spend in the spa but it looked clean. The shampoo and conditioners in the rooms run about $140 in a regular sized bottle... they are great. The staff is amazing and helpful. The concierge was wonderful also. Great location to Grand Canyon. Our view was of a fence so if you care about that be sure to ask.

Wish we could have afforded tonstay an extra night. I took my two adopted granddaughters in their teens to the Grand Canyon and area for spring break and we had a wondrous time. This hotel was very very nice.. like a suite. If I had a complaint it would be that it was difficult to get it warm in our room. It was snowing outside and we got wet and really wanted to warm up. Un hôtel super bien placé super bien agencé, avec de super facilités (jacuzzi, restaurant super bon, laverie pas chère), et mention spéciale au personnel hyper sympa, compréhensif, cool etc etc 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Five stars all the way. We saw Elk right outside our door when we got our of the car. The rooms were top notch, The bartender Jose was amazing. The spa was one of the best I've ever experienced. 20% discount in the gift shop was amazing as well. I'm going to be recommending this hotel to many people. Thank you
