I will never leave Best Western again! This company is a joke! Someone on their end dropped the ball with my cancellation. Miscommunicated to me and reservation was never cancelled! NOW I'm being charged when I cancelled. Manager acted like he is doing me a favor and ONLY charging me $203! Whatever! How about you take responsibility for your employee who screwed up? Stayed during Christmas in room 118 , husband went to use the shower on Boxing Day and noticed feces/water coming from the ceiling fan and dripping onto the toilet. Our family was and is super sick and missed out on our family vacation. The general manager Parveen told my husband it was just a build up of water in the fan ( fans don’t do that ). My husband is a plumber. They’ve tried to brush this issue under the rug, but had to issue charging me for a service that wasn’t met. I do not recommend this hotel.
AVOID!! WiFi here is really bad but that’s not the worst of it. We happened to be here when 40+ teenagers were here who hung out by the pool. Not only were they loud and yelling until 10, their teachers were classless (some band group?). They woke us and our kids up each night. We complained to the front desk who said they only care if the hotel gets bookings, and not how guests are treated.
