Not impressed with how their electric vehicle charging stations have been out of order for quite some time now. I inquired with guest services (who were great) and was advised that the supplier was bought out and the new company is too expensive. Coquitlam Centre is now debating whether to scrap the program or go with a different company that will be more cost effective. Hollie, as you mentioned, we are actively working on a solution for our EV Chargers, and unfortunately this is not happening as quickly as we would have liked. Just to clarify, we have been unable to get the new company to service our machines with any quality or regularity, so as a result, we will need to replace these EVCs entirely. The centre does its best to be as sustainable as possible, as you can appreciate, there are budget constraints when managing a facility of this size. EDIT: I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars because apparently coquitlam centre has changed their GCs and they don’t have service fees anymore. Still very frustrated that I lost $50 to service fees but glad they changed their system. Coquitlam Centre gift cards are a complete waste. $2.50 a month service fees! The entire $50 balance of a card I was given is gone, and I never used it. Every thing was normal but abut stoped roles no refiles for any beverage i never asked for one but when i see the sign saying that i realy surprise!!!! Bad for McDonald’s.
Don’t buy purses at Purse Boutique break in 3 days while on vacation. Cost me 65 to replace. and then will not exchange with a receipt. Not happy!!
Don't go to Coquitlam mall twice in one day as you will get a ticket. The ticket says you have been there for more than 4 hours. In fact I was there for an hour and a half in the morning and made a return later in the day and was in the mall for about an hour. These tickets are just going to make people go somewhere else to shop. Coquitllam Mall get it together and stop this nonsense.
