Need to say that all the food was an exquisite an endulge touch to our palates. Thats definetly a plus that Casa Velas offers, is one of the best exposures of the Puerto Vallarta gastronomy, they pay attention to every detail. We will never forget the outstanding service that all the staff provides, they really make us feel like royalty in our weekend vacations and thats what really matters.

Excellent customer service and beautiful grounds with a nearby beach club. Upon arrival, you're greeted by friendly faces with a refreshing welcome drink, massage, and cooling towel. Quick check-in process and very attentive staff. Very relaxing and sophisticated all-inclusive resort with a spa, beautiful pool, gym, and daily activities. Their signature "hand on the heart" greeting is symbolic of the superior customer service and guest appreciation. Only had breakfast and a late night room service but they were delicious. Beautiful, personal because it is small. Quiet adults only. I wont stay anywhere else. My wife and i made memory's here, so will you. 5* on food service rooms etc.
