Every single time I brought my son to see Santa at the Cambridge Centre Mall we waited in line and were turned away after waiting over half an hour. I tried to take my son to see Santa again today, for the 3rd time this month. We waited patiently in line for over an hour and a half. We were so close. All I wanted was my Santa pictures for this year. They decided to shut it down despite people still waiting in line and the mall was still open. pathetic they make you pay for Santa before you go in do you know many malls offer take your own Santa photos for free what a scam
I got ripped off with my santa photos!! they make you pay first. you dont even know how your picture turns out. They only have 1 photo package which is $34..On top of it all its just a pic of the red seat with no background!! So dissapointing.

I had planned on an evening of shopping after work today, only to find that the mall for some reason closes at 6pm on Saturdays. It's no wonder brick and mortar stores are closing in favor of online shopping. I have 300$ burning a hole in my pocket right now, oh well, amazon can have it.
Hey cambridge centre mall! I am appalled by your customer service staff. While at the mall today I shouldnt have to worry about people getting high in the family room bathroom while im in there with my 6 month old. Then be treated poorly and argued with while reporting it to your staff at the desk! Do better, do much better!! Sincerely, A pissed off Mom

Lots of damage from ice storm. Movie theatre is very different than before. Seats are nice. Bowling and indigo is a big risk for the mall. Hope It works out
The Cambridge Mall is returning to it's John Galt days. That's very disappointing. I hope the owners can turn things around. I am not a big fan of on-line shopping
