I have been going to the bramalea city center for years , and other than the mall getting a new addition bramalea city center is rather pathetic . They invest no money into having safe walkways around the mall, where families have to be walking threw parking lots. As unsafe as that sounds the inside of the mall is no better. With the amount of families and disabled people that attend the mall you would expect one to have more WORKING elevators then they do. They only reason I give this mall three stars is because it has a seArs, other then that this mall is 2 stars Outdated looking Lousey customer service in every store ( maybe it's a Brampton thing ) Lame food courts Not saying it needs to be like Sq1, but Needs a lesson from Erin mills town, a change a upper
As always a very peaceful and friendly environment I love going there
The new BBC app doesn't work properly. I have had nothing but problems when trying to look at the perks. Very disappointing!!! Not worth my time!!!
Don't buy gift cards at this mall, they take off a dollar value every month until your card is zero, I call this stealing! Will never go shopping there again.
