Great experience at this hotel! Spectacular view of the ocean. The oceanfront balcony room was worth it. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main strip, so it's quiet at night. We can't wait to return next year!

This is the most underrated place on the beach. Saturday night 90s dance party at the Breakers until 11pm. What a blast! excellent dance floor, AC, large bar, many bartenders so very little wait, and fantastic dance music. They also have a live band 5-8pm on the rooftop bar which was great, playing all kinds of 70s jams. There are lines around the block at a bunch of other places in town with terrible music and atmosphere. Don't waste your time there if you're over 30, come here instead. Super fun time!
My husband and I headed over to Hampton Beach with a reservation for a room with “side ocean view”. Upon checking in 2 hours before scheduled check in time (🙌), I was informed about a surprise awaiting us. We took the key and headed to our room only to open the door and find we were in a BEACHFRONT room with a balcony on the side!!
