We stayed here so we could get to the airport early, it was a fantastic it had this classic feel to it. With elligaent rooms and spacious showers with a detached bath. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room. A safe in the closet. The hotel has great service we went to the lounge area that has a bar and food service, Katie was a fantastic hostess. What a dump, furniture was all ripped up, nasty showers, nice line up of homeless people to welcome u as u drive in. 3 big towels for a family of 4, called room service asked for more towels , never got them, called front desk in the evening and still nothing. Breakfast was decent, the lobby area is well maintained. There are many 3 star hotels in the area with Breakfast included, they will be better furnished, less expensive and provide superior service. Very disappointed.

My review used to be 5 stars for this hotel. the service is still great, and as of September 2026 the rooms are still the same, though I’m sure that will change. But WOW what a bad decision Marriott has made. They are renovating(ruining) this hotel. They removed every unique thing. The trees, plants, koi river? GONE. I truly feel disappointed and disgusted. The Woolley is such a beautiful hotel!!! We came here for our wedding anniversary, and we couldn't ve happier. Its villa style ambiance is incredible, service is amazing all around with front desk, bar and breakfast buffet! the rooms are SOOOO CLEAN and elegant. Its so spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful! You not only get a huge walk in shower but a jacuzzi as well!!! Would not recommend. Stayed in August 2026. When booking the reservation, there was no mention that the hotel is under major construction with jackhammers going off from 8-5pm everyday. Additionally, there was mold in the showers, the breakfast is not included in your stay (have to pay $12-16 for a continental breakfast), and you have to pay to park overnight even though you are a hotel guest.
