We had a great time, (1 adult + 2 kids) The hotel and the room was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job throughout our stay. The complementary breakfast was a nice and one of the reasons we chose the hotel. They had coffee, pancakes, waffles and eggs. You can also get coffee 24/7. It’s only a 10 minute car ride to the Universal parking garage and about 15 minutes to Universal Epic or Seaworld
Had a very nice stay with my mom, that suffers from lung disease and bad allergies. The hotel was very clean and smells great, nothing irritated her allergies, which was great!! Location was perfect, 7 minutes from my son and his family, we came to meet our granddaughter for the first time. Beds, pillows and sheets were super comfortable, clean and it did smell good. Nice clean hotel. Comfy beds large rooms. Great location. Front desk was really nice. Breakfast was lacking anything healthy all bread cereal and waffles. AC in the room, Didn't seem to work properly. If it wasn't for an online deal I wouldn't of booked the hotel. Its on the higher end for what it had to offer. Got a good deal on travgao. The hotel website wanted 60 more a night which it didn't yield the cost. The size of the rooms was the best feature. Door didn't close without force.
The rooms were fine. Some visible repairs needed here and there, but it was quiet and clean. Price was great and location is very convenient to Universal. The bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast selection was underwhelming and the toiletries provided are small and minimal.
My stay was for work but this hotel is certainly comfortable enough for vacation. I arrived later than check 3pm in, around 730pm and was greeted by EVANE. She was so pleasant and had the biggest brightest smile which was needed after a 6 hour drive. My check in was smooth and Evane explained the hotel amenities & nearby attractions even though I wouldn't see any of them. She asked me my preference on location of room and elevator.
