Small hiccup at check-in, room wasn’t ready. But once we got in the place was great. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Always smiling, always helpful. The cleaning staff made sure our room was perfect. The breakfast was great; Eggs, Sausage, Bagels , Donuts, Waffles!!! Coffee was hot and juices were perfect. The location was amazing, a bunch of nearby fast food chains, you could walk to Taco Bell or KFC, short drive to Chick-Fil-A & WayBack Burgers. The hotel is in a really convenient spot close to the parks and walkable nearby plaza and has available a shuttle to the parks, the room is clean and smell great. The breakfast was basic and yet offer hot food, don't expect luxurious meal or a lot of options. And the staff is always kind and helpful.

The rooms needed to be updated, but the great staff and the great location made up for it. It. This location is like a 5-minute drive to Universal Studios theme parks, which was fantastic because you did not need to drive on i-4 to go have fun there. The Street around the hotel is kind of boring though. There is a closed down Hooters restaurant across the street. But if your vacation is to go to Universal a lot, then this place may be for you. I would be very careful when booking with this hotel as dates will magically change and you will have a reservation for different dates. Also avoid Evane and her rude customer service. She comes across as warm and friendly, but deep down, she is a liar with no care for you. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel to stay at while in Orlando.

Definitely one of the worse hotels in Florida. Slightly disappointed with the experience. Id say the only good thing at this hotel is since theres basically nobody living at this hotel, we were allowed to basically pick whatever room we wanted. But there were good reasons for this hotel to be empty. Firstly, poor breakfast experience. Their eggs taste weird, no yogurt, and no way to customize or add any toppings to your sad-looking floppy waffle. Theres a Mcdonalds on the other side of the street, so I recommend going there ... read more
