Love this hotel. Location is very close to Universal Studios (1mi), you can walk to or hotel has shuttle to drop off and pick up. Very nice, safe area. Checked in and out was fast and easy. Room is spacious and clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and well maintained. Wifi is fast and AC is cold. Breakfast is delicious, I wish they had some fruits😋 Overall. I'm very happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again.
Clean and quiet room. Great service. They have a complimentary shuttle to universal at 8:15am and a returning one at 5:30pm. Their breakfast was a simple American breakfast. Could use more variety that is why I gave it 4 star.⭐️
Staff at desk was friendly, hotel clean, and convenient location. Our suite room was huge with comfortable bed, 2 tvs, and nice bathroom. There was good water pressure and cold ac. We ate the breakfast every morning, had good selection for standard breakfast. We used shuttle to get to Universal 2 days. It leaves at 8:15 and picks up at 5:30. We stayed at park layer first day so took Uber back. Enjoyed stay.
Great location less than a mile from universal, islands and city walk. They provide a shuttle that will take you and from the park. Complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am which is delicious. Their customer service is outstanding! On the phone prior to booking I was able to get all the answers I needed as well as in person they were so courteous. The room way a good fit for our family with comfy beds and a nice shower. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Wingate!!
This is a great, safe, more reasonably priced hotel to stay at if you’re visiting the parks. It smells clean even when you first walk in, which CANNOT be said for many two and three star hotels in Orlando. The staff is incredibly kind, plus the free shuttle to Universal Studios and the free breakfast saved us a good bit of money. It was quiet, conveniently located, and the beds were comfy and the AC was cold. Couldn’t have asked for better!
