For the price we paid—only $5 less than Ramada—we expected at least a decent breakfast. Instead, we got stone-hard bagels served in a poorly maintained room with cleaning chemicals sitting on the table and between the dishes. On top of that, the hotel didn’t bother to inform us that there was major construction going on in the main lobby, with half the hotel inaccessible and elevators constantly occupied by workers moving tools. This is the second stay I have had at Wyndham while picking up a puppy at the airport. The staff, especially Jackie, are so personable and helpful. Both times they made sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating. There were a couple of changes since I I had booked my reservation a few months ago but they honored everything they had promised before. The location is great since you can walk to the airport. I was in a renovated room that was missing furniture and still smelled of construction adhesives. But the worse thing was the lack of hot water. After a very long day I just wanted a hot shower. The water was tepid at best. I checked a multiple times over a few hours and it never got past lukewarm. We are in one of the remodeled rooms - first attempt, the toilet did not flush & the water only gets lukewarm at best. There was broken plastic from the A/C , heater on the windowsill We changed rooms. Still no hot water. The fridge automatically turns off after 2 hours. Only one night stand & the outlet is halfway across the wall from the bed. Definitely will never stay here again

This hotel is under construction. Nowhere on the website were we warned about this. It took 45 minutes to check in and then had to return because they gave us a single bed instead of the 2 queens we had paid for. Construction was still being done in the rooms we were given, and lots of follow up on the construction for each room had not been done yet. Staff seemed very overwhelmed and unprofessional. TV's didn't work, shower didn't get fully hot, and had to close the door with your full body weight for it to latch closed. Th... read more
