I intend to attribute the subpar experience to one of the staff. The persistent banging on the adjacent door was distracting. As someone who typically gets limited sleep, this encounter was disappointing. However, the breakfast staff provided exceptional service.

For the price we paid—only $5 less than Ramada—we expected at least a decent breakfast. Instead, we got stone-hard bagels served in a poorly maintained room with cleaning chemicals sitting on the table and between the dishes. On top of that, the hotel didn’t bother to inform us that there was major construction going on in the main lobby, with half the hotel inaccessible and elevators constantly occupied by workers moving tools. This is the second stay I have had at Wyndham while picking up a puppy at the airport. The staff, especially Jackie, are so personable and helpful. Both times they made sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating. There were a couple of changes since I I had booked my reservation a few months ago but they honored everything they had promised before. The location is great since you can walk to the airport. I was in a renovated room that was missing furniture and still smelled of construction adhesives. But the worse thing was the lack of hot water. After a very long day I just wanted a hot shower. The water was tepid at best. I checked a multiple times over a few hours and it never got past lukewarm. My parents booked a room for me for the weekend while I was visiting my cousins, but unfortunately I dealt with issues revolving around the room. Fortunately, I talked to the young man at the front desk, Gavin, and he was able to help me. He was so kind and helpful during the entire process at an ungodly hour. 10/10 customer service!
