We stayed here Oct 29 to the 31st. The management team is absolutely awesome. Felt like family. The breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon one day lots of other options the next day was omelets and sausages with other options waffles toast Bagels cereal fruit donuts yogurt. The room was unbelievably clean the sheets to the toilet. Couldn't believe it. Lots of other hotels we have to wipe it down or hair in the bed this one was like a new room nobody stayed in yet. The housekeeping team at this hotel is exceptional, definitely a "WOW" experience for me! After we checked out, I realized I had left my Tiffany sunglasses behind. To my surprise, the housekeeping manager personally called to let me know and arranged to have them shipped to my home in Calgary. Such thoughtful service! I’m beyond impressed with this hotel services. I highly recommend!
Out of all the Wyndham Hotels I've stayed at the Wingate is one of the top in Edmonton. It's only derivative is the location, as its sits on a 1 way coming into Edmonton. The restraunt just out front far surpasses the other fares at most all other locations. I recommend the Lasagne and Cod. The only thing a little disappointing was the non delivery to your room. Great hotel! We will definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and clean, the Staff was exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel. The location was ideal, close to the West Edmonton mall and literally within 20 minutes of everything we wanted. I highly recommend!
Clean and extremely comfortable. The pool is fantastic especially for families! The staff were all very kind and helpful. We always enjoy stays at Wyndham hotels, they are fast becoming our favourite places to stay.
