Great stay! The room is very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of lamps for lighting and plenty of electricity outlets. Both the pool and gym facilities are very well maintained. The continental breakfast was amazing. We liked the large variety of foods to choose from everyday. It was so good! Please send my compliments to the chef.👨🍳 The Hotel manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great service.
We stayed here Oct 29 to the 31st. The management team is absolutely awesome. Felt like family. The breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon one day lots of other options the next day was omelets and sausages with other options waffles toast Bagels cereal fruit donuts yogurt. The room was unbelievably clean the sheets to the toilet. Couldn't believe it. Lots of other hotels we have to wipe it down or hair in the bed this one was like a new room nobody stayed in yet. Booked a couple rooms, some had bigger tvs then others. Microwave was gross inside one room. One room is right next to the lobby bathrooms with very loud plumbing in the walls, not to mention the door slamming... bathroom fan squeeled like a banshee and the toilet also consistently ran, maintenance person or someone came by but they didn't seem to speak English. The housekeeping team at this hotel is exceptional, definitely a "WOW" experience for me! After we checked out, I realized I had left my Tiffany sunglasses behind. To my surprise, the housekeeping manager personally called to let me know and arranged to have them shipped to my home in Calgary. Such thoughtful service! I’m beyond impressed with this hotel services. I highly recommend!
