Our stay at this hotel was flawless from start to finish! The staff were among the best we’ve ever encountered—every team member, from the doorman to reception, housekeeping, and servers, was outstandingly professional and welcoming. A Grand Dame, The Windsor Court is among the absolute finest of the fine when it comes to New Orleans hotels. Nothing Compares to its spacious suites which make up the majority of the 322 room Hotel. it is truly a resort in a classic sense, but not gigantic; so it does feel personal at the same time. The Windsor Court is by far my most favorite hotel in New Orleans. The staff if always phenomenal, from the bell hop to check in to housekeeping. The room was nice and spacious. The towels are some of the best towels I’ve ever used - they made me upgrade my towels at home. I requested some of the in-house dark chocolates, and housekeeping brought me an entire bag. Very nice hotel with lots of room and great service. The bar area is very cool, very New Orleans. The room was huge with a large sitting area, bedroom, bathroom. It's like a luxury suite. Wish I took more pictures. Anyways. Service at the bar is great. Had a private breakfast with a chef that cooked some delicious omelets. Good stuff.

I would give this place 20 stars if I could! Blake checked us in, and he was so sweet and inviting and high-energy! Although every single staff member we came across were all very accommodating and kind! The hotel itself is beautiful! The only negative would be the pool got a little gross toward the end of the week, but everything else was so amazing that I wouldn't even knock a star off because of it.
