Top notch customer service from all staff members. Housekeeping excellent. Complimentary Breakfast is the best and cookies and milk free every evening. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The pool is cool but the Jacuzzi is large and hot. Nice workout gym. Restaurants nearby for all meals. This place is Romantic.
I loved our stay! The staff is so kind and accommodating. We were going to miss cookies our first night and the young lady saved us some. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was hearty and fresh. I’ll definitely stay there again!
Better than expected. Walking distance to beach and many other places especially the The Flower Field. The warm breakfast was delicious and just enough to get you started for your day. Definitely will return if I need to go back to that area.
We were booked here by Monster marketing company. The initial rooms offered were small and had issues with the A/C and the mini fridge 😳 the size of the room was blamed on the marketing company. "That's what they pay for," we were told. They finally gave us a much nicer room 😌 we extended our stay by two days, but soon, we were disappointed again. The SPA was not sanitary. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and roomy. I would recommend this place to all family and friends. It is close to everything. The beach, Carlsbad Village etc..
