Location not far from the expressway. But one one way streets. Service friendly, the only thing that wasn't explained to me was how to utilize my dining credit when I checked in (charge it to the room, if ever given). Bed sits high off of the floor but it was firm yet soft to sleep on, bluetoothed radio/alarm clock and bathroom mirror. My husband and I had our wedding here this past July, and it was such a great choice! The staff was so easy to work with, organized, and professional. We offered several menu options and we got tons of compliments on every dish! It was so convenient having everything in one place - the reception venue, catering, bakery, and hotel. I really appreciated having both the ballroom (we did the atrium ballroom) and the outdoor patio space reserved. Weber's took a lot of the stress out of wedding planning!
We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. We checked in with the sweetest staff! Friendly and very helpful, as we were looking for an easy access handicap room. The restaurant opened for dinner at 4:00 sharp. If you are a beef eater, definitely get the Prime Rib! You won’t be disappointed. Our server was Jake, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the spot on service. Jake, you’re a great guy! Our stay was Wednesday through Sunday. Room service was amazing. Customer service was good. I even lucked up and found great parking. The only issue with the room itself was climate control. There was no heat; and only cold air blew from the unit. A manager came to the room, immediately, and tried to remedy the situation by replacing batteries in the thermostat.
