We checked in with the sweetest staff! Friendly and very helpful, as we were looking for an easy access handicap room. The restaurant opened for dinner at 4:00 sharp. If you are a beef eater, definitely get the Prime Rib! You won’t be disappointed. Our server was Jake, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the spot on service. Jake, you’re a great guy! Loved coming for a day getaway to warm up in the hot tub and sauna and pool! Dinner was amazing! I had the 🦞 lobster! Delicious! Service was excellent! Room on the 4th floor was beautiful the bed was so comfortable!Highly recommend!
We attended the New Years Eve event. This was our return (second time) after trying other venues the past two years. The staff and customer service once again went( what's now considered above and beyond) to make this event outstanding. Whomever is in charge of the customer service training and staffing made this event special. The model used to assure customer satisfaction should be adopted by all organizations! Everything about our stay was great, however after midnight, there were still people being super loud at the pool. Adult time (9pm-midnighy). It wasnt until around 12:30am things quieted down. As cool as the room was to experience, next time we'll choose a regular room for some more peace and quiet.
Service was good- quick check in process with friendly staff. Pool and hot tub have adult-only (no kids) hours in the evening, so pool is available for families as well as adult time depending on what you’re looking for. Rooms are cozy, updated and clean. The mirror in my bathroom had a built in speaker, how fun! AC and heat both worked quickly to regulate the room temp, and even being near the elevators it wasn’t too noisy.
