I had a one night stay but wished it was more. From arrival, you are welcomed with smiling faces and door held. Upon return, you are greeted and welcomed back. At the check in counter, the agents are pleasant and helpful. John helped me at first and provided great information. The hotel is central to monuments and museums (20 minutes walk). I stayed for 4 nights. First of all, the staff is very kind and friendly. Even if you have a question, they will respond without making a bad face. Supermarkets and drugstores are nearby, so it's convenient. Although it is close to the National Mall, it is quiet because it is a little far away. There are also heated swimming pools, restaurants, and bars, and there are plenty of facilities. However, please note that there are no toothbrushes and slippers! Thank you very much, everyone! I want to stay again next time!

This was such a fun hotel and better than I thought. The staff is friendly, willing to help and always greeted me at the lobby. The room is small but cozy. The bed had a lot of pillows making it extra comfortable A extra plus is that therr is many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Also their ice machine dispensed water which is a real plus

Great location—this hotel is within walking distance of everything you need. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are decent and comfortable, but the carpet is definitely outdated and could use an upgrade. Overall, a convenient place to stay if you don’t mind older decor.

My room was gross. They told me they upgraded my room with a balcony, however, the room was extremely outdated and humid. The room next to me reeked of marijuana and was coming into my room, so I had to keep the air off (during police week). They had to eventually change my room, which they did. The room was bigger but still outdated. The air conditioner had a loud sound like an air compressor and was again, extremely humid and uncomfortable, and my room especially had mouse traps.
