5 stars all the way! Clean, welcoming, polite, and professional customer service. In a world that is pushing for the customers to provide their own service and still pay the same price as we used to pay when actual service was standard practice, the Urban Boutique Hotel is the place to stay. Actual service, and attention to details is what makes this hotel stay worth every penny. Vicente is very knowledgeable of the area, and gave great recommendations for food and leisure.
Wonderful experience. Always a felt safe. Some free parking just outside. Staff relaxed, knowledgeable and friendly. Great location for Little Italy, Shore and Balboa Park (we walked it all). Great room.
This is a fantastic option for the no-frills traveler who is simply looking for a clean, quiet room in a great location! Just a stones throw from dozens of great restaurants, cafes and bars, and centrally located for access to transit and all points outside of the city, this hotel can’t be beat. We had room 210. Excellent stay for a conference. The service was helpful. Ibti, the night attendant, came to my aid by investigating and fixing the cable connection to the TV early one morning. Very helpful. The other attendants also gave me information about the local attractions, including the beaches and a downtown rooftop bar with great views.
Great for the price. The shower pressure is not great for people with hair. Luckily, I'm bald, lol. Friendly staff and super close to everything in Little Italy. I'd stay here again for sure. No usb charging ports. Use the TV box for slow charging.
