My husband and I used to go here all the time, but we refuse to from now on. We will take our business to WAWA. UDF remodel and all but the pumps are either not working or can’t read a credit card. We are DONE!!!

This company is Cincinnati at its core. I am saddened to see how far udf has fallen. Dirty stores, employees that clearly dislike they're job, empty shelves and coolers. WAWA is going crazy setting up new stores...and all I see is peach ice cream commercials on TV from udf. It's a shame...

This place isn’t to bad to deliver to, but if they took the parking space that the black car is in and made it a no parking spot it would be a whole lot easier for the drivers making the deliveries to get into the lot to scale and especially to get set up to get into the bay!

Tanker if you get early use this if not come off mentor ave. When u arrive follow red arrow back ontobthe scale (see photo) then drop your trailer and use phone highlighted yellow ( see photo) After they scale you follow blue line turn back around turn left on mentor then back into bay on left. it will be a 90 and its not that bad use other driveway to help. it is tight very friendly here.
