This place sucks if you're a tanker driver delivering here, as soon as you pull on to the side road off the main road look to your right take the first right pass the scale then back onto the scale drop tanker let them weigh then hook back up if there is enough room pull off the scale try to turn around in the lot if there isn't a lot of traffic just to face the side road you pulled in from then back into the bay off the side road... Other than that the receivers are very helpful and will spot you.
My first time going to this location and I'll definitely be back. The lady that made my protein shake this morning was perfect. Great customer service in there she made my little protein shake soooo good I appreciate that. 😊
The Kellogg Ave store near Lunken Airport never has change and expects you to just give up the change you're owed. The new management literally is horrible. You see the manager sitting in her car for hours and hours watching her employees struggle. The bathrooms are always a mess. And if they are clean , you get told the are unavailable. The cooler is never stocked. Literally no matter what time you go in there the shelves in the cooler are empty. A manager spayed a cleaner that you clean the sink on the counter and on rag. I started coughing and choking eyes running throwing up. The manager got angry and I had to leave the store. I went to the office next door they took my information and I only heard from them at 3 in afternoon. I will never go back there again. Poor managers.
