Their inability to resolve conflicts with customers is astounding. Just this week I've had to call three times about the same thing ,maybe about 10 times last year nothing's ever been resolved they don't care about you. As for me and my family my friends we will never purchase anything from UDF ever again.
Terrible customer service very rude No Wants the scoop of ice cream so they mess around doing other things until the next person finally goes up to make it. I’ve been going there for 10 years every day and I don’t know why because they are terrible. The manager has three or four family members working there as one problem😂
This place isn’t to bad to deliver to, but if they took the parking space that the black car is in and made it a no parking spot it would be a whole lot easier for the drivers making the deliveries to get into the lot to scale and especially to get set up to get into the bay!
Normally a visit to a UDF store is fairly uneventful. Today, however, I stopped at a UDF on Glenway Rd and bought beverages. I returned to find a flat tire and a 70+ minute wait for assistance. The staff at this UDF firmly refused to allow me to use the restroom saying, "we do not have a public restroom." Really folks. Exceptions have to be made given the appropriate circumstances. I can get beverages, gas, and ice cream someplace else.
Vegan approved! Ermahgerd!!! Toasted coconut, roasted almonds, and dark chocolate - nom nom nom! I'm in heaven!! Each spoonful tastes aHHmazing, and super decadent. I give this product two thumbs up! #DitchDairy #CoconutLover #MilkPlantsHugCows
