Trico is a wonderfully managed business that has been around for a long time. The CEO Rick Smith is a great man that has done an excellent job Managing the company.
Unprofessional- Language was like doing business with high school bullies. Mothers death and her mortgage payment were delinquent as probate was being processed. Jerry Johnson in my opinion needs telephone politeness courses.
